What we host

Six reasons to come before dark.

Programming rotates through the season — follow @PartakeInNYC for the next date, or book any of these for your own crew.

1

Kids' movie days

A film on the Arena's giant screen with the lights up, popcorn on the table and room to wiggle. Grown-ups get a real lunch.

2

Family brunch

Sunday brunch with a kids' plate, high chairs and a table big enough for grandparents, cousins and a stroller parked beside it.

3

Paint events

Canvases, aprons and an instructor up front — paint-and-snack for the kids, paint-and-sip for the parents, same room.

4

Character meets

Costumed characters working the room for photos, autographs and a little happy chaos. Bring the camera.

5

Birthdays

Their name on the big screen, their playlist, their cake — and our staff running it so you get to sit down.

6

Bounce house days

Inflatables in the open room, snacks running from the kitchen, and enough space that nobody's watching the clock.

Real afternoons

What a family day actually looks like.

No stock photos. Straight from the room — paint tables, characters, bounce houses and kids running the place.

How booking works

Three messages and it's done.

1

Send the date

The occasion or the birthday kid's age, how many adults, how many children, and the window you want.

2

Pick food & a screen moment

Regular menu, family-style spread or kids' plates — plus what goes on the screen: a movie, a slideshow, a big happy birthday.

3

Show up

We open early for setup and a manager runs the timeline. You bring the cake if you want one.

Where it happens

Two rooms, both bright.

Family bookings use the Arena and the main dining room — the big screen for the crowd, the dining room for the table.

Up to 800+ guests

The Arena

Wide-open seating facing a wall-sized screen. Movie days, bounce houses, character meets and big birthday counts.

Parents ask

Yes, bring them.

Are kids allowed at Partake?

Yes. We're not an age-restricted venue — kids are welcome for brunch, dinner and every family event we run. The earlier seatings are the easiest with little ones.

Do you have high chairs and a kids' menu?

High chairs, yes — tell us when you reserve so they're at the table. A simple kids' plate is available on request, and the kitchen will split or plain-cook most dishes.

Can we bring a cake, balloons or a piñata?

Cake and balloons, absolutely. Piñatas and inflatables are fine in the Arena with advance notice. No confetti, glitter or open flame anywhere.

How do allergies work?

Tell us in the booking notes and again at the table. The kitchen labels every plate for the party and the manager confirms with you before service.

Is there parking or stroller space?

Street parking and nearby lots, and we're two blocks from Court Square — 7, E, M and G. There's room to park strollers inside; we'll show you where.

What does a kids' party cost?

It runs on a food and beverage minimum that varies by room, day and headcount — daytime is the friendliest. Send us the date and we'll quote it plainly. Ask for a quote →

Bring everybody.

The little ones, the grandparents, and the cousins who always run late.
