Tell us the guest count and the shape of the night. We'll come back with a floor plan, a food and beverage package and a run of show.

What comes with it

No surprise line items.

Everything below is standard. The only variables are food, beverage and how long you want the room.

01

Kitchen & bar

Family-style dinner, passed plates, buffet or à la carte — plus bottle packages, batched cocktails and non-alcoholic pairings for every table.

02

Staff on the night

A manager who runs your timeline, dedicated servers and bartenders, host at the door, and security when the count calls for it.

03

Setup & screens

Layout, linens and signage, playlist or DJ hookup, mic for the toast, and your photos or logo on the screens.

Food & beverage

Start from the menus.

Every private event is built off the same kitchen and bar that runs nightly service — nothing catered in, nothing frozen.

Event FAQ

The practical stuff.

How far ahead should we book?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for the Red Room; four to eight for the Arena and full buyouts, especially Friday and Saturday. We do take last-minute — call us and we'll tell you honestly what's open.

Is there a minimum?

Yes, and it works like credit: what you spend on food and beverage counts toward it. Minimums move by room, day and season, so we quote your date rather than publishing one number.

Can kids come to a private event?

Absolutely. We're not an age-restricted venue — daytime and early-evening private events are all ages, and kids' parties run in the Arena or the main dining room. See family days →

Can we bring a cake or décor?

Outside cake and dessert are welcome. Décor is fine with a quick approval — no open flame, no confetti cannons, nothing that adheres to the walls. Tell us your load-in time and we'll have the room open.

Can we put photos or a logo on the screens?

Yes — send files at least 48 hours ahead. Photos, slideshows, videos, logos and live feeds all play. Send a big-screen moment →

What about a deposit?

A signed event agreement plus a deposit holds the date; the balance settles the night of. Cancellation terms are on the agreement and we keep them plain.

How many people can you hold?

Anything from a ten-top in the dining room to 800+ standing across the floor. The Red Room seats about 40, the main dining room takes roughly 120 seated, and the Arena holds several hundred with room to move. A full buyout puts all of it on one guest list.

Is the space wheelchair accessible?

Yes — step-free entry from 44th Road, accessible restrooms and open floor between tables. Tell us about mobility needs in the inquiry and we'll set the layout around them.

Can you handle dietary needs — vegan, halal, gluten-free, allergies?

Yes. The kitchen builds vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal-friendly options into any package, and we label plates for guests with allergies. Kosher catering can come in through an outside partner with notice.

Can we bring our own planner, DJ, photographer or vendors?

Outside planners, DJs, photographers, florists, balloon and décor teams and cake vendors are all welcome. Food and beverage stay in-house. Send the vendor list and load-in time and we'll open the door for them.

How do we get there, and is there parking?

We're at 10-29 44th Road, two blocks from Court Square — the 7, E, M and G lines, one stop from Grand Central and Midtown. Street parking is easy at night, there are lots within a block, and rideshare drops at the door.

Can we do a daytime event?

Yes. Mondays are reserved for private events, and daytime and early-evening bookings run every day of the week — brunch receptions, corporate off-sites, christening lunches, kids' parties and shoots.

Let's hold the date.
